Right amount of space and distance. Very nice. Will book again.
The host was very responsive, and the townhome was clean, spacious, and in a great location close to restaurants and shopping. The coffee was excellent, and the backyard was nice. A few things could be improved. The home wasn’t the best fit for our family of six, and it would have been helpful if that had been clearer in the listing. There was only one TV, the primary shower drained slowly, the microwave handle was broken, and the backyard had no patio furniture. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and with a few updates, this would be an even better place to stay.
Despite the great location and Marta access, a low effort revenue property with lots of frustrating maintenance issues from burned out light bulbs, a malfunctioning breaker, noisy plumbing, and a dusty bathroom. A confusing mix of automated responses and people; an attempt to skirt AirBnB platform policy and push check in to a 3rd party website that required having Airbnb support remind the hosts of the rules. A mediocre experience overall.
