What an incredible retreat! This Ellijay cabin is perfectly situated for anyone who wants to get out and explore — we did easy day trips to nearby hikes and made the quick drive into downtown Blue Ridge, which was a blast. The location really is unbeatable. The cabin itself is spacious and immaculate, with gorgeous mountain views that never got old. The hot tub was a perfect way to wind down after a day outdoors, and the game room was a great touch. Jason and the Southern Homestay team clearly take great pride in what they offer. We'd absolutely come back — highly recommend!

My family of five spent the final week of 2025 at Jason’s place and it was just what we needed- right away we noticed how well kept and clean the space was. The views were spectacular and the kitchen was well stocked. Appreciated the grill + the fireplace were hooked up to the main lines which made it hassle-free. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table downstairs. The community is private, which added a sense of safety we appreciated. Jason was great with communication. Overall we had a wonderful stay.
